THE STUDENT ACCOMMODATING SCHOOL APPROACH IN KENYA: AN ASSESSMENT OF THE JOB OF DIRECTION AND GUIDING IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract

This paper decides to inspect the job of direction and advising in making student agreeable optional schools in Kenya. An investigation of the effects of direction and guiding on scholastic advancement of understudies in optional schools is likewise finished. To this end, center is set around understudy's discipline, understudy's private and social turn of events and their scholarly turn of events. A conversation is additionally made connecting viable review abilities, understudies' discipline, study hall conduct and worked on relational connections. It is construed here that understudies will comprehend themselves better, acknowledge others and submit to power. Direction and advising subsequently is a priceless resource in establishing student agreeable climate in the school.
